I’m a hypnotherapist and life coach turned sensual somatic movement and embodiment expert, as well as a breathwork facilitator. I’m also a certified energy healer and birth doula. I live by the philosophy that feeling is the pathway to true liberation and wellth, and that nature is the ultimate guide to living in reverence of our embodied feminine truth. I’m here because creating a community of sisters who heal and play together is literally written in the stars for me. We are on a mission to return women to the wisdom of their bodies and create a ripple effect of love and liberation that touches our babies, our partners, our families, and all who we come in contact with in this lifetime.
